Witness: Taglianetti Bought One-Way Airline Ticket
Murder defendant Anthony Taglianetti booked an overseas flight just hours before his arrest in Virginia in September 2012. He is on trial for the shooting death of Clymer, New York School Superintendent Keith Reed after learning about an affair between Reed and his wife.
Today a computer expert testified he found the airline booking receipt in an e-mail in Taglianetti's laptop computer. He said the defendant used a credit card to purchase the one-way flight from Washington, D.C. to Tel Aviv. The flight was for October2012.
Earlier, an investigator showed the jury many frantic texts from Taglianetti's wife to her husband before and after Reed was killed.
The same investigator also revealed authorities found more than a dozen weapons inside Reed's home and vehilce.
Testimony continues tomorrow in Mayville, New York.
