History is displayed on the walls of the Cranesville, Pennsylvania store.

Pictures from 1881 until the present, help customers take a trip down memory lane at Kennedy's Hardware.

The store paused in 2020, after losing two family members in a matter of days.

After much discussion, brothers Brandon and Ryan Kennedy decided in March it was time to add to the family legacy.

Brandon told Erie News Now, "I couldn't drive by the store knowing a Kennedy was not running the business".

A grand reopening will be held this weekend, but all ready the Community has reconnected with the Kennedy family.
