The rustic log cabin serves up pancakes every Saturday and Sunday. 

The small restaurant is open during the month of October and re-opens for two months every February.

It's all you can eat buckwheat pancakes, sausage, apple sauce, juice and coffee.

The business hours are from 7:30 am until 2:00 pm.

It's 13 dollars for adults and $6.50 for children between 4-10 years-old.

Derrick Redlecki's family has owned the business for over 20 years.

Redlecki told Erie News Now what attacts the customers. "It's the maple syrup and the unlimited pancakes."

Derrick doesn't do the cooking, his Dad and other family members take care of that part of the business.

The Pancake House is located on 2749 Clymer-Sherman Road in Sherman, New York.
