A new Tractor Supply store will open in Harborcreek Township this fall, according to company and township officials.

It will be located on Buffalo Rd. just east of Clark Rd. Logging is currently being done on the property.

Township supervisors reviewed the land development plan during their regular meeting Feb. 16.

The new store is expected to create about 15 new jobs, company representatives said. At least half will be full-time positions.

Tractor Supply calls itself the largest rural lifestyle retailer in the U.S. It sells workwear and boots, equine and pet supplies, zero turns and riding mowers, pet food, power tools, fencing, welding and more.

Each store usually has about 15,500 square feet of space inside with a similar amount of outside space. The store will be similar in size, according to Tractor Supply officials.
