State Police Investigate Gift Card Theft from Dollar General Store
Pennsylvania State Police are investigating the theft of two gift cards from a Dollar General store in Harborcreek Township.
It happened at the location on E. Lake Rd. on June 14 around 6:25 p.m.
Investigators said the suspect was attempting to purchase two prepaid Visa gift cards valued at $800 when he distracted the cashier, reached over the sales counter and pressed buttons on the register to activate the gift cards.
The suspect was described as a man between 20 to 30 years of age who is approximately six feet tall.
