The Judges in Court of Common Pleas of Erie County have recused themselves from the matter.
The court documents read as follows: (disclaimer: graphic content is part of this complaint-we have edited portions of this text)
Prior incidents of abuse that the Defendant has committed against Plaintiff or the minor child/ren, (including any threats, injuries, or incidents of stalking) are as follows:
[The Plaintiff] Defendant and I had a relationship that began in Dec. 2021. Over the course of the relationship, I felt mentally and emotionally unsafe. There were approx. 5 instances when we were having sex or about to have sex when I told him "no" because he wanted to have anal sex. He continued to pressure me into the sex act. He succeeded in continuing until he finished every time this happened. Defendant also isolated me from my friends and family over the course of the relationship. I was told I belonged at home and my job was to please him. Defendant also told me if he found out that I was out on St. Patrick's Day he would never talk to me again. He said he has eyes everywhere that will be looking for me. Defendant did find out I was out and texted me that he knew I was out and told me to have a nice life. He told me I was warned. Defendant has also stated several times that he would kill any guy that he saw me out with. Defendant would instill fear in me to even leave my house to see friends or family. He would be very critical over any decision I would try to make. Defendant made me call him "Daddy" when we were having sex. Anytime I would attempt to talk to him about things I heart that bothered me he would say "Everyone is jealous of him and this is politics" He would tell me to "know my role" And if I didn't, he would find a replacement. He also told me that he thought of ways to make one of his ex-girlfriends "disappear". He said he was going to lure her on a date but tell her to leave phone behind then take her somewhere to disappear. Defendant would also make comments about him finding 2 men to have sex with me the same time as he sat and watched. He also wanted me to bring home a college girl to have a threesome with. He would say well my ex-girlfriend did and I should do anything I can do to keep him satisfied sexually so he doesn't go anywhere else. There was an OCY complaint filed against him for choking and body slamming my son to the floor. I went SafeNet on Tues. per my private therapist suggestion. I met with SafeNet counselor and explained that the kids and I had done to us over the past 15 months. She asked why I didn't fill out the section on p/w requesting the perpetrators info. I told her I did not feel safe or comfortable disclosing that because he was a public figure and I was afraid he would retaliate. She made me feel safe and ensured me this would be 100% confident. I told the counselor his name and she replied not another victim of Brenton Davis. She proceeded to confirm she has met w/ several other victims over the past years. She even indicated that some were during his and I's relationship. [END]

Erie County Executive Brenton Davis's spokesperson Dennis Roddy released the following statement regarding the matter:
Mr. Davis was awakened at 7 a.m. Easter Sunday with a loud banging at the door. He observed the plaintiff at his front door. She then forced her way into the house with a rifle that appeared to be loaded. He immediately disarmed her.
The plaintiff informed him that she had come to return a hunting rifle that he had permitted her son to use during hunting season. At the time she appeared, he had no idea as to the origins or ownership of the weapon and was understandably concerned for his safety. The rifle could have been safely returned by a third party without disruption or implicit threats.
After approximately 45 minutes, Mr. Davis was able to persuaded her to leave his home. He remained uncertain as to whether she was in possession of any other weapons.
During the course of their relationship, the plaintiff's conduct became increasingly erratic. After she departed his home on Easter Sunday, Mr. Davis examined surveillance tapes of his residence and discovered that the plaintiff had come to his home, armed with the rifle, multiple times on the previous night.
Mr. Davis had previously advised her not to come to his home.
Mr. Davis unequivocally denies any wrongdoing.
More information from the court documents will be provided through out the day, as we review.
