Erie Ranks as Top City to Watch 2024 Total Solar Eclipse
Erie is ranked one of the best places to watch the 2024 total solar eclipse.
According to MoneyTalksNews, it's not too soon to start planning where you will be on April 8 to view the upcoming total eclipse.
Erie is in the path of totality, meaning it's one of the best places in the country to view the eclipse. In Erie, the total solar eclipse will begin at 3:16 p.m., and last for 3 minutes and 43 seconds, according to MoneyTalksNews.
MoneyTalksNews said the centerline of the eclipse path doesn't touch dry land at all in Pennsylvania. The totality path's centerline runs right through Lake Erie.
Cleveland, Ohio and Buffalo, New York also earned a spot on the list.
Those interested in viewing the eclipse should make sure they have proper eyewear.
