Saturday was day three of the Erie Auto Show at the Bayfront Convention Center.

There's many new makes and models on display, including electric vehicles.

From trucks to hybrids, the Erie Auto Show was a one stop shop for people in the market for a new vehicle.

Gerald Harkness was looking for a new car and said, "There's many possibilities, I really don't want a hybrid, just want one that runs off gas."

Gerald Harkness was one of many people seeing what car dealerships had to offer. There was dozens of cars on display at the Erie Auto Show, one popular one, electric vehicles like ones from Ford.

Brett Perry, a salesman from Champion Ford said, "We have the Ford Lighting down here and you will see it in the corner and we do have a couple in stock as well."

Perry said they have seen some interest with electric vehicles, "It's new technology, everyone is still on the fence, but it's doing well for the people who have gotten and enjoyed them especially on the gas bill at the pump so that's always good."

Those at McQuillen Chevrolet GMC said their experience with the interest in electrical vehicles has been similar to those at Ford.

Mason McQuillen, a salesman at McQuillen said "There is an interest people are still adjusting to it, it takes some time to get used to it but, there's been people out looking for them."

The Erie Auto Show continues through Sunday at the Bayfront Convention Center from 10 am until 3 pm.
