Investigators have identified the man killed in a crash involving a utility terrain vehicle (UTV) in Chautauqua County on Saturday.

William Shreve, 64, of Westfield, died in the incident.

It was reported around 11:36 p.m. on Dye Rd. in the Town of Villenova.

The vehicle left the roadway and hit a tree, killing the Shreve, who was the only person on the UTV, according to investigators.

The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office said the investigation is ongoing.
