A portion of State St. in downtown Erie was closed after an accident Wednesday. 

Just after noon, an SUV and an Amazon delivery van crashed near the State and Fifth St. intersection in Erie. 

One person was taken to the hospital with unknown injuries. 

Police are still investigating.
