Warren, Forest and Mercer counties will receive a combined total of $134,844 in impact fees from the natural gas industry. Additionally, the municipalities in the 65th Legislative District will receive an additional $34,590. 

Impact fees are levied in addition to regular business taxes paid by every corporation in Pennsylvania. The disbursements were established in 2012 to ensure communities affected by drilling receive their fair share of funding for projects.
