Charges are pending after rocks were thrown at semis on Interstate 79 in Crawford County last month, according to Pennsylvania State Police.
It was reported on Interstate 79 at Hecker Rd. in Cussewago Township on May 23 around 7 p.m.
Troopers identified at least four victims.
The suspects were located, and charges are pending, according to investigators.
