The Warren County Drug Task Force along with the Attorney General’s office searched a camper and arrested two people on methamphetamine and fentanyl charges.

At around 9:30pm, June 20th, officers searched a camper in the Clarendon area after obtaining a warrant for suspicious activities.

Two individuals, Cody and Kara Phinney were arrested for selling controlled substances including methamphetamine, which tested positive for fentanyl.

"Over the last few months, we have received numerous complaints and tips, about a residence in the Clarendon area," stated Thomas Kibbey, Warren County Chief Detective. "The tips were related to the sales of controlled substances. At that time, the Drug Task Force and our other agencies were able to collaborate and luckily last night, we got enough evidence to get a search warrant for the residence.”

The Drug Task Force also seized drug paraphernalia, cash and digital scales that were on the premises.

Cody Phinney and Kara Phinney are currently being held at the Warren County Jail, each with a $50,000.00 bail.
