Float Registration for 57th Annual Meadville Halloween Parade Now Open

Meadville's 57th annual Halloween Parade is set to return on Saturday, October 26. Even though summer is in full swing, event organizers say everyone's favorite nighttime parade is right around the corner. 

This year's theme is Outer Space. 

The parade will begin on South Main Street and will loop around Diamond Park before making its way down Chestnut Street, then past the Market House.

According to organizers, each year, proceeds exceeding operational expenses are donated to support a local nonprofit organization. This year's beneficiary is the FCCA. 

The FCCA's mission is to meet the needs of families, children, and the community by promoting and providing programs and services in Crawford and Mercer County.
