Warren Worx Meeting Provides Updates on Population Decline Efforts
The Warren Worx Initiative, led by the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry, held a stakeholders meeting in Clarendon this week.
The discussion centered on combating the county’s population decline.
The group highlighted the role of Truth Collective, a branding agency from Rochester, which recently toured the county with WCCBI executives to better understand local communities.
Jenny Phillips, Marketing Director for the Warren Worx Initiative, shared insights from the tour: “We did a three day tour of Warren County, and made sure that we went to each of the communities. It was very important to us that Truth Collaborative team members had the chance to meet and talk to not only business owners, but residents as well, to get a better perspective on what it means to live in Warren County."
John Papalia, Vice President of the Warren County Chamber of Business and Industry added: “What I got out of the tour was the amount of pride that people have in their community and this county as a whole. How much people love our quality of life. We really are blessed with what we have in Warren County. We are currently in the beginning stages of this Initiative, there is a lot more to come, and we invite the community to join us.”
The Warren Worx Initiative will be holding more public meetings and plan to unveil their new website in the next coming weeks.
