Crash Sends Jeep Down Hill into Grocery Store Parking Lot in East Erie

A crash between two vehicles sent a Jeep down the hill into the parking lot of a grocery store in east Erie on Friday.

The crash happened on E. 38th St. near Stanton St. around 10:47 a.m.

A pickup truck T-boned a Jeep, which then rolled down the hill into the parking lot of Tops Friendly Markets.

Both vehicles suffered heavy damage.

Paramedics checked out both drivers at the scene, but it's unclear if they suffered any serious injuries.
