The Flagship City Tattoo Expo will return to the Bayfront Convention Center for the 2nd annual event on September 5th-8th. 

The expo will feature local vendors, walk-in tattoos, tattoo competitions and more. 

The Tattoo Convention will be held from 1-11 p.m. each day. 

According to event organizers, attendees do not have to book an appointment to get tattooed by an artist. Booking an appointment ahead of time helps secure your spot and gives artists ample time to get custom designs ready but are not required.
