Sisters of St. Joseph of NWPA Seek Buyer for Community Living Center & St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge Properties

The Sisters of St. Joseph of Northwestern Pennsylvania are looking for a buyer for the Community Living Center (CLC) property who will continue its operations as a residence for the Sisters. 

St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge is also looking for a buyer for its property and to operate the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC). 

The CLC Property on West Ridge Road in Millcreek includes the Community Living Center and Administration buildings. 

The St. Mary's property includes St. Mary's at Asbury Ridge, the Carriage Homes, Carleton Court apartments and St. Mary's administrative office building on West 26th St. 

The properties are being marketed together to provide more options for potential buyers, according to the Sisters. 

The Sisters of St. Joseph said in order to be effective and sustainable, many facilities nationwide have had to join forces with other providers. The Sisters say the time has come for St. Mary's to do the same to ensure its long-term viability in the Erie community.
