Coroner Identifies Man Killed in Crash in Washington Township

The coroner has identified the Crawford County man killed in a crash Friday evening in Washington Township, Erie County.

The crash claimed the life of Cort Winsor, 31, of Venango.

It happened near Fry and Florek Rd. around 7 p.m.

Winsor's death has been ruled as accidental due to blunt force trauma, according to Erie County Coroner Lyell Cook.

A child who was in the vehicle was taken to UPMC Hamot with minor injuries.

State police are still investigating the crash.
