Drake Well Museum & Park to Host 40th Annual Fall Gas Up Event

Drake Well Museum and Park will be hosting its 40th Annual Fall Gas Up event. Guests will have the opportunity to see engines and equipment that powered Pennsylvania's oil fields. 

The event will be held on Saturday, September 14 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Displays will include antique engines, farm and oil field equipment, tractors, models and more. 

Engines will range in size from small motors used to power washing machines to large oilfield engines that pumped multiple wells will be displayed by members of the Pioneer Steam and Gas Engine Society. 

Regular admission fees apply. Admission includes entrance to the Drake Well Museum and its outdoor exhibits as well as the Fall Gas Up event.
