History was the focus at the Hagen History Center for the "A night at the Museum Gala."
This was a big party with food by Red Letter Hospitality, and music and dancing with the Groove Band.
This was the fourth annual gala, a major fundraiser for Hagen History Center.
The gala raises 25% of the history center's operating budget for the entire year.
The money goes toward maintaining the exhibits at five buildings on the Erie campus, plus two historic farm houses in Girard.
Business and host sponsors made the elegant party possible.
The gala also honored board presidents and vice-presidents who have led the last decade of transformational development for the Hagen History Center.
About 500 people attended the gala.
Their support will continue to fund operational costs for the exhibit buildings, student field trips and educational programming.
