Erie County Community College Welcomes Jennifer Kline as New Associate Dean of Academics

Jennifer Kline, M.Ed. has joined the Erie County Community College (EC3) as the new Associate Dean of Academics. 

Kline has over 26 years of experience in healthcare, workforce development and higher education.

“Jennifer Kline’s arrival at EC3 is a pivotal moment for our institution,” said Guy Goodman, Executive Vice President
of Erie County Community College. “Her leadership, vision, and passion for creating innovative educational
opportunities will play a vital role in shaping the future of our academic programs and in continuing to advance our
mission of student success. We are thrilled to have her as part of the team.” 

Kline led the the creation of Maricopa County Community College District's first healthcare apprenticeship programs and was awarded GateWay's Innovation of the Year award twice.
