Olympic Medalist Bruce Baumgartner headlines the 2024 Pennwest Edinboro Hall of Fame Class.
Baumgartner wanted to wait a few years after retirement from Edinboro University to accept the nomination.
He started with the Edinboro Athletic Department in 1984.
He served as Assistant Wrestling Coach, Head Wrestling Coach and Athletic Director.
Also inducted on Friday evening.
Tabitha Bemis, Joe Jones, Chris Honeycutt, Wade Smith, Rosie Norton, Kent Urbanski and Bob Shreve.
The first Hall of Fame Class was inducted in 1982.
There are currently over 300 members in the Boro HOF.
