Man Hit by Vehicle, Seriously Injured in Harborcreek

First responders were called to a serious car-pedestrian accident in Harborcreek on Sunday.

It happened at E. Lake Rd. and Carver Ave. in Harborcreek around 2:45 p.m.

One person was down in the roadway and unresponsive, according to early reports from the scene.

Paramedics worked on the accident victim and transported him to UPMC Hamot Trauma Center.

In addition to Fairfield Fire Department, state police responded to the scene as well to begin their investigation including accident reconstruction.
