Pennsylvania State Police are asking for help to identify a man who investigators say was part of a group involved in an incident at Tinseltown and who attacked an employee at a nearby Walmart in Summit Township.

The incident was reported just before 10 p.m. Sept. 10.

Four men including two 18 year olds and a 19 year old at Tinseltown approached four people in a harassing manner and attempted to physically fight the victims, troopers said.

They approached the victims again and asked for some of their belongings because the victims reportedly "disrespected" the attendees, according to investigators.

One of the men lifted his shirt and showed he had what appeared to be a black gun in his waistband, and the victims gave them some leftover popcorn, state police said.

The group then got into a Chrysler 300 car and went to the Walmart on Downs Dr., according to troopers.

At Walmart, the four attacked an employee and took off from the store, investigators said.

State police said they arrested one of the men in front of the store and the other three took off on foot. Troopers chased the other and took two of the men into custody in a parking lot near Douglas Pkwy.

The fourth man involved has not been located or identified, according to investigators. Troopers said he is the man furthest to the right in the photo with dreads who was wearing a blue jacket and black Space Jam shirt.

Anyone with information on his identity is asked to call Trooper Andrzejczak with State Police in Erie at 814-898-1641.

The men arrested were all charged with harassment, disorderly conduct, simple assault, possessing an instrument of crime and criminal conspiracy, state police said. Some face additional charges including flight to avoid apprehension, evading arrest or detention on foot and an additional count of simple assault.
