The A.N.N.A. Shelter is seeking information on a dog that was brought in from Erie's Eastside. The dog was kept outside in a small plastic crate for a very long time.

The shelter says the dog is underweight and was covered in urine and feces when found. The dog's nails were long and overgrown and his paws and hips are urine scalded.

Additionally, the A.N.N.A. Shelter said his ears were rubbed raw from pressing against the top of the kennel and his legs are permanently deformed from not being able to stand up straight for so long.

The dog, who the shelter is calling Felix, was treated by Dr. Zeigler.

The shelter says Felix is the happiest boy.

If anyone knows anything about his previous owner, the A.N.N.A. Shelter is asking them to contact Officer Duckett at [email protected] or call 814-572-5913.
