Erie Water Works to Participate in Diggers and Dumpers Event at Erie County Technical School

Erie Water Works is participating in Erie County Technical School and Chivers Construction Diggers and Dumpers event on Saturday, September 28. 

The event offers a unique, hands-on experience designed to introduce children to the world of heavy construction equipment. 

The event will take place from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday at the Erie County Technical School. 

During the Diggers and Dumpers event, kids will have the chance to get behind the controls of a variety of heavy construction equipment provided by local suppliers. Children will have the opportunity to dig, push and move dirt with real machinery under the guidance of experienced operators. 

Organizers say the event will give kids an unforgettable experience and an up-close look at the world of construction. 

The event will also feature an Equipment Rodeo at 10 a.m. Seasoned operators will showcase their skills by competing in a series of Excavator Games.
