Stancliff Hose Company Gets New Fire Truck

The Stancliff Hose Company in Watereford has a new fire truck.

The truck arrived to the station on Sunday morning from Iowa.

This was a project that has taken almost three years to complete.

The fire company has been raising money through chicken dinners, bingos, and other fundraisers as well as getting money from the township to purchase it.

The truck will be replacing two other fire trucks and fire fighters say it is long overdue.

Fire fighters were able to help design and incorporate what things they wanted in the fire truck.
