Saturday was a big night for UPMC Hamot and the Hamot Health Foundation.
At the Bayfront Convention Center, hospital staff, leaders and the community gathered for the 11th Annual Gala, this year's theme was 'Simple Moments Change Us.'
More than 500 people attended.
This event is the biggest annual fundraiser.
Hospital and foundation officials said it supports the mission to advance UPMC Hamot Health Care initiatives in the areas of clinical excellence, cutting-edge research, community health, and career development.
