The Erie County Board of Elections says they are acutely aware that many voters in Erie County have no received their requested mail-in ballots.
The Board has been working diligently with the Voter Registration Department, the Pennsylvania Department of State, and the United States Post Office to determine the origin and scope of the matter.
However, in the meantime, the Board of Elections, with the support from the Department of State, has extended the hours of operation for the Voter Registration and Election Departments.
Anyone who has applied for a mail-in ballot prior to the statutory deadline of 5 p.m. on Tuesday, October 29 and hast not yet received that ballot, may visit the office to cancel the ballot and receive a new one at the counter until 4:30 p.m. Monday, November 4.
