Hundreds of people here at home woke up early this morning, and it wasn't to get an early start on dinner.
They took part in the annual Turkey Trot, hosted by the Erie Runners Club.
It happens every year at Presque Isle State Park. There's a 10K version that started at 7:30 a.m. Thursday morning.
The 5K trot began at 9 a.m.
It's a Thanksgiving morning tradition for a lot of folks. Last year they had more than 2,000 runners take part.
