The Crary Art Gallery in Warren, PA is hosting a special Holiday Pop-Up Market November 30th through December 1st, showcasing the power of art and community.

Local artists are coming together to support fellow artists in Asheville, North Carolina, who are still recovering from the effects of Hurricane Helene.

The market, running Saturday and Sunday from 10:00AM until 4:00PM, will feature handmade art, including photography, paintings, woodwork, jewelry, and sea glass pieces. Proceeds from the event will go directly to Asheville artists impacted by the hurricane.

“As a nonprofit, we are here for the community,” said Kristine Peterson, a board member of the Crary Art Gallery. “We are here to bring art to people, to give them experiences, creative experiences, new experiences, and this is a part of our mission.”

The event will also include a silent Christmas tree auction, food trucks, and an in-house caricature artist, offering a unique way to celebrate the holiday season while supporting a cause that extends beyond Warren.

“This was one little thing that local artists could do on a national level to help in a more creative and unique way,” said Jennifer Bliss, another Crary Art Gallery board member.

From handmade art to festive trees, the pop-up market aims to bring holiday cheer while making a difference for artists in need.

The Holiday Pop-Up Market will take place at the Crary Art Gallery on November 30 and December 1 at their location on 511 Market Street in Warren, PA.
