Jersey Mike's Subs will open a new location at 4005 Buffalo Road in Erie on December 11. 

A grand opening celebration and fundraiser will be held from Wednesday, December 11 to Sunday, December 15 to support the Brookside Volunteer Fire Station.. 

Customers who receive a special fundraising coupon can make a minimum $3 contribution to the fire station in exchange for a regular sub. Customers must have a coupon to be eligible.
