The Warren Area Student Union is bringing holiday cheer to the stage with its third-ever student-run play, "The Santa Interviews".

Written by Wade Bradford, the play is directed and produced entirely by students at the union. The performance is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13th, at 6:00PM at the Warren Area Student Union, located at 330 Hickory Street in Warren. Admission is $5.

Pam Falber, Executive Director of the Warren Area Student Union, expressed her pride in the program. “These kids really took the initiative with this program.  I love theater and am very excited to have it be a part of our program here. It's such a great experience for them," she said.

Actors in the production shared their enthusiasm for the upcoming performance. “I think this is the best thing in the world," stated Cynthia Steuart. "Being able to interact with everybody and then having people watch and actually like seeing you do these things."

"It really is awesome," added student director and producer Kendra Casey, "This program gives kids that don't usually do theater a chance to do it."

"It is exciting, agreed Kyler Bosko, "We get to hang out and make this play and we're all like a family."

The students say that it has been a very rewarding experience and are eager to showcase their hard work and spread Christmas cheer to the community.
