The Officer on the scene told Erie News Now that a male pedestrian was struck walking on the corner of Reed and East 12th Street.

The man was taken to the hospital and is in critical condition.

Reports from the scene indicate a Spectrum Cable truck was involved in the accident.

The investigation is on-going.
