Employees from Erie Insurance, the United Way of Erie County corporate partner for Pfeiffer-Burleigh Elementary school, packed up and delivered 647 bags of food. That's one for each family.

Inside, stuff like cereal, soup, peanut butter, granola bars, pasta, mac n cheese and snacks.

It's to make sure kids eat well when they're away from free school breakfast and lunch.

"It is always so nice to have the opportunities for our kids to get what they deserve. I love having them as our corporate partners," said Jamie Petruso, Principal | Pfeiffer-Burleigh. "If we need something they're always welcome to bring in and help support our students and families."

In addition to all the good food each bag also has a game inside for families to play together over Christmas.

This is the 8th year Erie Insurance partnered with Pfeiffer-Burleigh for the holiday food bag distribution.
