Voodoo Brewing's CEO Matteo Rachocki is stepping down from his role, according to an announcement posted on the brewery's Facebook page Christmas Eve.
Rachocki is taking a job as director of stewardship for Bethesda Lutheran Services but will continue to serve as Voodoo's chairman of the board of directors and as brand president, as well as oversee the brewery's franchise network.
Voodoo's chief financial officer Isaiah Fitzgerald-Palacio will become the company's new CEO.
In a statement, Rachocki called the decision "the most difficult" of his professional career. The announcement recognized him for his role in the company's growth and commitment to quality.
The craft brewery was first found in 2005.
