Taylor Swift Skating Day in Perry Square
Taylor Swift fans braved the cold in downtown Erie's Perry Square for a unique ice skating event on Saturday.
Swifties gathered on the temporary ice arena for skating, hot cocoa, and some Taylor trivia.
This is the third year the rink has been in Perry Square thanks to the Erie Downtown Partnership. Their goal is to get the community to experience life downtown in the winter.
After a successful Taylor Swift Skating Day last year, organizers decided to host it again.
On Sunday, the Erie Downtown Partnership is trying out a new theme. Sensory Sunday will take place from 10 am until noon. It will be a quiet skating opportunity for those with autism or having special sensory needs.
