Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) is imposing speed restrictions in northwestern Pennsylvania due to the winter weather.

There is a 45-mph speed limit restriction on Interstate 79 from Exit 116A (Interstate 80/Clarion) to Exit 166 (Route 6N/Edinboro/Albion).

A 45-mph speed limit reduction also remains in place on Interstate 80 from the Ohio State line to Exit 45 (Route 478/St. Petersburg/Emlenton).

Commercial vehicles are limited to travel in the right lane only.
