Millcreek Township Supervisors have unanimously voted to appoint Laith Wardi to fill the opening position on the Millcreek Township General Authority (MTGA) board.

Wardi is a Millcreek Township resident and the president and founder of ExecutivePulse Inc.

“The Gateway District is one of the most important economic projects in this area of Pennsylvania and I’m excited to be a part of it,” said MTGA Member Laith Wardi.

According to the Township, as a board member Wardi will help direct the marketing and redevelopment of the Gateway District Properties. This includes the former Bel Aire, Grasshopper, Joe Roots, Manor Motel and Sand Bar.

Joe Roots, the Sand Bar, the Manor Motel and the exterior motel strip of the Bel Aire will be demolished in the first half of 2024.
