The Greek Fest is one of the most popular festivals of the summer in Erie.

On Saturday, people got a taste of all the Greek delicacies with the Taste of the Greek Festival.

All afternoon and evening people could stop by the Assumption Greek Orthodox Church on West Lake Road and choose their favorite Greek foods to enjoy.

Volunteers served gyros, baklava, lamb and chicken dinners for people to pick up.

Organizers said they look forward to this mini festival to help raise money for their big festival in the summer.

The Taste of the Greek Fest goes until 7:00 p.m. on Saturday. The main Greek Festival is slated for July this
