The Jamestown Police Department recently rescued three malnourished dogs from a home on the Southside of Jamestown, New York.

On Thursday, June 27, Jamestown Police officers responded to an animal complaint. Officers contacted Tiffany Freedline, the owner and caretaker of three dogs.

According to officers on the scene, the dogs seemed to be malnourished, missing hair and one had an open wound. After officers saw the condition of the animals, Freedline was taken into custody.

All three dogs were seized.

Freedline was charged with three counts of Failure to Provide Sustenance to an Animal and was issued multiple Jamestown City Code summons for unlicensed and unvaccinated dogs.

Freedline was released with an appearance ticket to appear at a later date.
