City of Erie Fire Department Swears in 16 New Firefighters
The City of Erie Fire Department held a swore in 16 new fire fighters to the department in the City Council Chambers on Thursday, December 12.
“I would like to congratulate everyone on a job well done. Being a firefighter is a terrific profession, but not always easy," said Chief Len Trott. "We continue to need the support, encouragement and understanding of all of you. You are a key part of the City of Erie Fire Department family. You make it possible for us to do the job we have sworn to do for the citizens and visitors to the City of Erie.”
The 16 new members of the Erie Fire Department include:
- Marshall Hunsaker Engine 12, 4th platoon
- Alexander Behnke Engine 11 on the 4th platoon
- Dakota Wolford Engine 8 on the 4th platoon
- Eric Vogan Tower 2 on the 4th platoon
