Millcreek School District is taking steps to keep the student body safe.

Millcreek Township is partnering with the Millcreek Township School District to improve school safety by donating two retired police vehicles.

Today, a formal handover ceremony happened at McDowell High School.

Millcreek Township Supervisor Kim Clear highlighted the importance of this collaboration in protecting students and staff. 

This initiative reflects the community's commitment to fostering a safe learning environment.

The two police vehicles will also be used as a form of transportation for those who need it.
